A rare opportunity has arisen to support the founders of a much-loved, family‑run experiential events business with an exciting period of growth ahead. Known for creating magical, immersive experiences for families and children during the festive season, this is a business with creativity, warmth and magic at its heart. Naturally, the ideal candidate will share a genuine enthusiasm for all things Christmas and enjoy working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
This is a hands‑on PA role supporting two highly self‑sufficient founders. Responsibilities will include complex diary management, coordinating international travel, and assisting with a mixture of business and personal duties. The role has excellent scope to evolve over time, so they are looking for someone adaptable, proactive and confident enough to truly make the position their own.
Based in a lovely West End office, you’ll be joining a warm, sociable and collaborative team with exceptionally high staff retention. The founders are looking for someone emotionally intelligent, discreet and intuitive. Someone who can gently anticipate needs and take tasks off their plate to make day‑to‑day life run more smoothly. Occasional travel to Manchester may be required (fully expensed).
Duties
* Extensive diary management
* Scheduling meetings and appointments
* Booking UK train travel
* Coordinating international air travel
* Assisting with a residential renovation project
* Taking notes during meetings
* Running ad hoc errands and personal tasks
Ideal Candidate
* Be extremely personable
* Show genuine enthusiasm for the brand
* Have at least 4 years PA experience under their belt
* Be very proactive and a self‑starter
