Role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Primary (EYFS / KS1 / KS2)
Start Date: Immediate
⏰ Contract: Full-time | Long-term | Temp-to-perm potential

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver lessons to whole classes, small groups, and individuals as directed
* Provide PPA cover or short-term teacher absence cover
* Support class teachers with planning, preparation and assessment
* Assist pupils with varying abilities, including those with SEN
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

✅ Requirements:
* HLTA qualification (or equivalent)
* Recent experience working as an HLTA or delivering whole-class teaching
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
