Salesforce Administrator | Non-Profit | Hybrid | £35K–£38K
📍 Location: Hybrid (Maidenhead office, 2 days a week)
Mason Frank is proud to partner with a national non-profit organisation making a meaningful difference across the UK to find a Salesforce Administrator who’s passionate about using data for good.
This is a high-impact role where your expertise in CRM systems will directly enhance the organisation's service delivery, supporter engagement, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting users, customising fields, automating workflows, and maintaining clean, secure data across departments.
* Ensuring seamless connectivity between Salesforce and the organisation’s digital platforms, including websites and third-party tools.
* Supporting staff with onboarding, training, and promoting self-sufficiency through intuitive processes.
* Creating powerful dashboards, segmenting audiences, and preparing for AI-driven enhancements.
* Leading data audits, de-duplication, compliance checks and best practices in data handling.
Essential:
* 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience
* Salesforce Administrator Certification
* Strong skills in flows, validation rules, permissions, and reporting
Desirable:
* Exposure to Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
* Experience with tools like FormAssembly, Power BI, or Tableau
* Previous work in a charity or social impact setting (a bonus, not a must)
