NERA London currently has a team of 5 Administrative Assistants supporting around 80 consultants across different business lines. We are looking for an EA to support three partners.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to work independently on some tasks as well as effectively within the existing administrative team and to support the wider office delivery.
Responsibilities will include:
* Providing high‑level, proactive administrative support to three senior directors in the London office.
* Proactive diary management.
* Proactive administration in connection with legal documents throughout a project's lifecycle, including Letters of Agreement, Consulting Services Agreements, release letters, reliance letters, NDAs, subcontracts, novation letters, and populating contracts on the director's behalf while managing firewall agreements.
* Supporting business development efforts.
* Handling travel arrangements and visa applications.
* Proactively supporting accurate expense reports in a timely manner.
* Coordinating and providing materials for proposal submissions.
* Managing invoicing for projects with varied invoicing structures.
* Managing highly confidential matters on behalf of senior staff on a regular basis.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have at least five years of EA experience in professional services settings. Training for all in‑house systems and processes will be provided. We seek a professional, personable, and diligent individual with great attention to detail, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to work effectively with multiple competing deadlines. Confidence working with Microsoft Office is essential. This role requires presence in the office five days a week.
