The Role
As Senior Technical Product Manager for Broadcast, you’ll define and drive the roadmap for DAZN’s media supply chain and broadcast technology products. You’ll take ownership of the tools, workflows, and platforms that underpin live and non-live production, from orchestration and automation through to the adoption of cloud-first solutions. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll shape the long-term vision, define KPIs, and partner with cross-functional teams, while also working closely with engineering and operations to deliver practical, high-value solutions. Your influence will extend across multiple markets, with opportunities to collaborate with global teams and external partners. What You'll Be Doing:
* Define product vision, goals, OKRs, and KPIs to transform DAZN’s broadcast media supply chain.
* Collaborate with engineering, architecture, operations, and commercial teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions with real customer and business impact.
* Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories.
* Maintain and prioritise a detailed product backlog and roadmap, balancing dependencies, resources, and delivery constraints.
* Lead innovation in automation, orchestration, and cloud transition for broadcast workflows.
* Analyse product performance, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify enhancements and new opportunities.
* Partner with other product managers to deliver cross-platform features that align with DAZN’s global strategy.
* Support operational stability while driving continuous improvements and new capabilities.
What You'll Bring:
* Extensive product management experience in broadcast media or streaming technology.
* Proven success leading the full product lifecycle from vision to launch and iteration.
* Strong ability to define and manage backlogs, epics, and user stories within Agile frameworks.
* Ability to balance customer-centric thinking with commercial and technical realities.
* Excellent requirement gathering skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience driving cross-functional collaboration.
* A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, able to engage teams across multiple regions.
