Sheet Metal Worker
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year
Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:30 | Friday 08:00-15:30
We're working with a well-established ventilation manufacturer in Wythall, specialising in natural ventilation systems, louvres, grilles, and acoustic products.
They're looking for an Experienced Sheet Metal Worker who takes pride in producing quality work and wants to develop their career towards a Workshop Management role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company that values skill, precision, and progression.

What You'll Be Doing
• Fabricating galvanised and stainless steel components to a high standard
• Reading and interpreting technical or construction drawings
• Producing accurate cutting lists and working to specifications
• Operating guillotine, brake press, and plasma cutting machinery
• Bending, shaping, and linishing metal to precise finishes
• Assisting with new product development and continuous improvement projects

What We're Looking For
• Proven sheet metal fabrication experience (essential)
• Confident in reading and working from technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Proactive, organised, and reliable
• Knowledge of mechanical or manufacturing processes is a plus
