We’re hiring a Project Manager – Operations & Compliance to own the structure, process, and compliance foundations that allow Jugo to scale into complex enterprise environments with confidence.
This is a high‑trust, cross‑functional role at the heart of the business. You’ll be responsible for keeping Jugo on track across critical initiatives - from enterprise readiness and InfoSec compliance to cross‑team delivery and post‑sale onboarding.
You’ll work across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Ops, and Leadership - ensuring that priorities are clear, risks are managed, and nothing critical slips through the cracks.
This role is for someone who thrives on momentum, accountability, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Cross‑Organisation Delivery
* Identify, structure, and track key workstreams across Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations
* Define deliverables, owners, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
* Maintain clear visibility on the critical path for launches, certifications, and enterprise readiness
* Proactively unblock issues, elevate where necessary, and keep teams aligned and moving
* Own the post‑sale onboarding flow for Enterprise clients across both Managed Service and SaaS
* Coordinate legal, security, and procurement due diligence to ensure smooth contract‑to‑go‑live transitions
* Act as the internal quarterback between Sales, Legal, InfoSec, and Customer Success
* Ensure every enterprise customer enters Jugo with confidence, clarity, and compliance in place
Regulatory & Information Security Compliance
* Maintain and evolve ISO 27001 certification
* Lead the roadmap and preparation for SOC 2 certification
* Monitor regulatory and privacy requirements across territories and sectors
* Own internal documentation, policies, and audit readiness
Process, Tooling & Operational Discipline
* Own and maintain Jugo’s Enterprise onboarding and compliance playbooks
* Ensure CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) reflect accurate account, compliance, and onboarding status
* Continuously refine how Jugo works — without creating unnecessary bureaucracy

* ISO 27001 maintained and SOC 2 roadmap delivered
* Risks are identified early and mitigated before they become blockers
* Critical initiatives land on time and with clarity
* Teams trust the structure you’ve put in place - and rely on you to keep things moving
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…
* Have 6+ years’ experience in project management, operations, or compliance within a B2B or SaaS environment
* Have owned or led InfoSec and regulatory compliance initiatives (ISO, SOC frameworks)
* Understand the complexity of onboarding large Enterprise clients — including legal, security, and procurement processes
* Are an organised bulldog - you create structure, chase actions, and won’t let important work stall or drift
* Love building process that enables progress (and know when to break it to get things done)
* Are confident corralling teams, holding people accountable, and driving momentum without politics
* Communicate clearly with technical, commercial, and legal stakeholders alike
* Take pride in being the person who makes complex things run smoothly
