Field Sales Technician

Up to £35,000 + Company Vehicle + Bonus

The Advocate Group is partnered with a premium coffee brand, known for its heritage, innovation, and presence in high-end hospitality venues across the UK. They are looking for a Field Sales Technician to provide technical support and account management to Hospitality customers. This person will be responsible for fitting, removing and troubleshooting the equipment while providing a high quality level of service to the customer and driving sales.
Responsibilities will include:
* Installing equipment at relevant locations.
* Identifying potential venues through leads generated by the commercial teams
* Responding to equipment repair requests and auditing at required sites
* Passionate about growing your territory and become a strong networker across industry
* events
* Upselling products and services to grow the account base along side the sales representative
* Conducts training sessions in accounts for the company’s focus brands
About You:
* Clean UK driving license is required
* Experience within a hands on job is desired (Bar work, Barista ect)
* Passionate and driven to learn new skills
* Strong communication and people skills
* Highly organised and good time management
* Great team player and culture add
