Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative – Hybrid Newport Permanent – Full Time £24.5k to £26k Overview An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative covering our Spanish & UK helplines has arisen. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. *This role requires fluency in Spanish (written and verbal)* Responsibilities * Accurately respond to customer enquiries via phone and email within expected timescales, ensuring a high level of service at all times. * Assist customers with high quality technical support and troubleshoot issues. * Effectively analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives. * Liaise with service providers to assign timely and value-added logistics service. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into our systems. * Conduct monthly customer satisfaction surveys to measure operational excellence. Skills * Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential. * Familiarity with SAP would be advantageous. * Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. * Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. * Possess the ability to prioritise workload; will need to balance being proactive and organised against reacting to urgent requests. * A team player and keen problem solver. Shifts 8-4 or 9-5 Monday to Thursday and 8-4 Fridays. 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid rota is 3 days at office in Newport, 2 days from home.
