Teaching Personnel is currently seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in Thornton and Fleetwood. These roles are available on both short-term and longer-term supply bases, offering flexibility and variety while making a meaningful impact.
What We’re Looking For:
 * Essential: Experience working with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, etc.)
 * Desirable: Previous experience in a primary school setting or working with children with SEN. 
 * A nurturing, patient and resilient approach to supporting children.
 * Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
