A fantastic company based on the outskirts of York, near Sheriff Hutton, is looking for temporary administrative support to help during a busy period, starting in January.
This is a four-week temporary assignment and plays a key role in ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
Some of the Administrator responsibilities include:
1. Interpreting and inputting contract rates and cost information from suppliers
2. Reviewing and comparing rates against previous years
3. Identifying missing or incomplete information and flagging this to the team
4. Supporting accurate data entry within the CRM system
We are looking for candidates with strong administrative experience and good communication skills. You will need to have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, along with confidence working with systems and data.
This will be working hours a week, Monday to Friday, earning a salary of £ per hour.
