You will work closely with students in Alternative Provisions, Pupil Referral Units and SEMH schools, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Build positive and supportive relationships with students. Implement behaviour management strategies to help students improve their behaviour and self-regulation. Assist teachers and staff in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment. Provide one-on-one and group support to students, both inside and outside the classroom. Collaborate with teachers, counsellors, and other professionals to develop and implement individualised behaviour support plans. Document and track student progress. Attend training sessions and professional development to enhance your skills.
