What You'll Do: Lead and mentor engineering teams through complex challenges
Shape end-to-end software delivery lifecycle
Implement CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code strategies
Drive performance improvements and secure coding practices
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
What We're Looking For: Proven experience managing and technically leading software teams
Strong client-facing communication and credibility
Expertise in modern engineering standards and architectural patterns
Ability to influence bids and proposals with technical insight
