Link3 is looking for a (Lead) Early Years Educator to join our nursery group in DA8 Erith, London!
We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic professional who will inspire and support our staff to deliver high-quality, inclusive early years education and care. As a key leader in our setting, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a nurturing, stimulating, and engaging environment where children can thrive.
Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a team to provide creative, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning opportunities.
* Model best practices, demonstrating sensitive and responsive interactions that extend children\'s learning.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
* Support the nursery management team in delivering outstanding care and education in line with our policies and procedures.
* Take responsibility for curriculum planning, ensuring activities align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Oversee the setting in the absence of the Assistant Manager and Manager.
Requirements
* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent).
* Post-qualification experience in early years education and childcare.
* A strong understanding of child development, curriculum planning, and inclusive practices.
* Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Code of Practice, safeguarding procedures, and equality and diversity policies.

* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
* Hours: 40 hours per week, 52 weeks a year
