Hours: 20 hours per week – 9am-2pm, 4 days over 5 (flexible but must be able to work Tuesday)

What will I be doing day-to-day?
Compiling property details for sharing
Preparing listings for Rightmove & Zoopla
Assisting customers when the sales team is out
Ensuring compliance by verifying AML documents (ID, bank statements, etc.)

Do I need anything else?
Fast typing skills (around 45 wpm)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Strong attention to detail
