Branch Sales Manager
We’re looking for a Branch Sales Manager for our Frazer Walsall branch who shares our passion for great service.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as first‑line support to the Branch Manager, leading the team to deliver success and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Learn our product lines and services to maximise customer interactions.
* Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers (face‑to‑face and by phone), understand their needs and provide proactive advice and solutions.
* Analyse the local market to support plans for sales growth.
* Use our in‑house systems to process orders, organise delivery times and keep customers updated.
* Lead the team to prioritise Health & Safety and demonstrate safe working practices.
Required Skills and Experience
* Sales leadership experience in a construction material supply business, ideally civil materials.
* Evidence of motivating and driving sales for this role.
* Strong communication and commercial awareness to empower the team to provide great customer service.
