We are seeking compassionate British Sign Language (BSL) Support Workers to assist individuals with diverse abilities in their own homes, promoting independence and well-being.
Build strong relationships and support individuals during day and night hours.
Provide personal care, assistance with daily activities, and household tasks.
Communicate effectively using BSL (Level 1 or 2 preferred).
Follow care plans, document progress, and report concerns.
Qualifications include proficiency in BSL, empathy, strong communication skills, and willingness to undergo training. Experience as a Support Worker (2+ years preferred) is advantageous.
