Are you ready to lead sustainability for a business committed to meaningful environmental change across international supply chains?
A fast-paced, global supplier of bespoke products for healthcare and airline industries is looking for a Sustainability Lead to own and drive the sustainability agenda across all business operations.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a strategic, standalone role where you'll shape environmental strategy, influence product and procurement decisions, and help future-proof the business.
🔧 What you’ll be doing:
* Build and implement a long-term sustainability roadmap and Net Zero strategy
* Oversee supplier sustainability performance and compliance
* Conduct Life Cycle Assessments and track carbon impact
* Ensure the business remains ahead of evolving ESG legislation
* Maintain ISO14001 accreditation and prepare for audits
* Provide data and input to support tender submissions
* Work across departments and with external stakeholders to embed best practices
* Represent the business during global supplier meetings and influence change
🧠 What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years’ experience in a sustainability role within manufacturing, product development, or supply chain
* Deep understanding of product lifecycle, manufacturing processes, and supplier engagement
* Proven experience managing Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions
* Knowledge of environmental legislation and compliance frameworks
* Strong communication and project management skills
* Confident working independently and influencing at all levels
* Experience using LCA tools and analysing sustainability data
