Day-to-day of the role:
* Conduct day-to-day electrical servicing in domestic settings.
* Respond promptly to electrical faults and breakdowns.
* Install new systems as part of our planned maintenance program.
* Perform safety checks and complete required certificates.
* Work directly in the homes of our customers, many of whom may be in vulnerable situations, requiring empathy, professionalism, and resilience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Full qualification as an Electrician.
* City and Guilds 236 (part 1 and part 2).
* City and Guilds 2382 (18th Edition).
* City and Guilds 2391 OR 2392 inspection and testing certification.
* NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installation and AM2.
* Demonstrated ability to engage empathetically and professionally with customers in potentially challenging circumstances.
