Summary of Job Duties
Ensure their regional team fulfils the roles and responsibilities of:
Customer development
* Lead opportunity assessment: proactively engage in customer development, leverage marketing intelligence capability to assess customer opportunity, generate customer leads from current or potential opportunities driving from new developed product and formulation.
* Customer development action plan: proactively engage in action plan formulation, and engage in customer communication and execution
* Customer solution proposal: coordinate external resources to design customized market service plan based on customer’s need
Customer relationship management
* Proactively engage in relationship mgmt. with KA’s marketing related departments, gathering market insights to support R&D and BD
Marketing service:
* Delivery & after-sales: responsible for leveraging internal capability and external resources to deliver marketing service and after-sales
