You’ll also have access to a modern regional hub where you and your team will be encouraged to collaborate, hold meetings, and build a strong team culture.Your new roleAs Locality Operations Manager, you will lead the delivery of a responsive, high-quality property maintenance service across your operational area. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that repairs, void refurbishments, and planned works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will manage and inspire a multi-skilled team, including Locality Area Managers, In-Day Schedulers, and Trade Operatives, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and professional development.
