Restaurant Manager - New Restaurant Opening
Hawksmoor is growing We have a very exciting new opening planned for London this year and are looking for a team of talented people to support us in our ambitious growth plans.

As Restaurant Manager, you'll be instrumental in leading the front-of-house team, delivering Hawksmoor standards, and ensuring every guest leaves wanting to return.
What You'll Do
* Lead and inspire the FOH team to deliver warm, genuine hospitality
* Take ownership of daily floor operations, service standards and guest experience
* Work closely with the Head Chef and senior team to ensure seamless restaurant operations
* Drive sales through exceptional service, upselling and floor presence
* Recruit, train and develop FOH staff, building a culture of learning and progression
Who You Are
* Experienced as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-volume, quality venue
* A natural leader who motivates teams and leads by example
* Organised, detail-oriented and calm under pressure
* Passionate about hospitality, food, wine and people
* Ambitious, with the drive to progress further within Hawksmoor
