Overview
We are looking for a creative and independent individual with sales experience to join a small team running a cleaning, facilities and property company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving growth for the company and this is a good opportunity for somebody who is looking to have creative input and see that their contribution will shape the future of the company.
Responsibilities
* Play a key role in helping to develop and implement the sales and marketing strategies for the company.
* Work alongside the Operations Manager and Client Manager to drive growth.
* Take a leading role in lead generation, identifying decision-makers, and making initial contact.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Assist with client management and retention.
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients, fostering positive relationships and addressing inquiries promptly
* Prepare and organise contracts, documents, reports, and presentations as required.
* Support leadership by coordinating projects and assisting with various tasks as needed.
* Share out of hours on-call duties with other staff on a rota basis.
Requirements
* Proven sales experience essential - ideally within a facilities context but any experience will be considered.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
* The ability to use initiative and work effectively without supervision.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

* Monday to Friday
