Position – Registered Children’s Manager

Where you’ll be doing it – Gloucester, Gloucestershire
Your employment contract – Permanent
Your hours – : 40 hours per Monday to Friday 9-5. Flexibility is required due to the need for on-call responsibility
Who would you be working for – A leading provider of children and young people, complex care in a supportive team that values your contributions and well-being. Those in their care have a background of SEMH, Learning Disabilities and Autism
What would your responsibilities be? You would manage a modern, 2-bed home supporting young people with EBD or learning dibability support needs. With the help of your direct reports, you will offer strong leadership to ensure a nurturing environment whilst guiding your team to deliver high quality care
Requirements? We are looking for an experienced residential care manager, whether it be in a Deputy capacity or actual registered manager, looking for a new, support employer who will be fully supported by the RI and Operations Lead
