We are now recruiting a Junior Administrative Assistant to support our busy Head Office. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to begin or develop a career in office administration. Job / Role Specification: Handling incoming calls professionally and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members. Supporting simple scheduling tasks, including booking meeting rooms and arranging internal meetings. Assisting with the preparation of basic correspondence, forms, and spreadsheets under supervision. Maintaining organised electronic filing systems, ensuring documents are accurately saved and easy to retrieve. Providing general data-entry support, including updating internal databases and inputting orders or records. Monitoring shared inboxes, forwarding messages appropriately, and flagging urgent items to the team. Supporting the preparation of meeting materials such as printing agendas or collating documents. Providing general administrative assistance to colleagues across departments as required. Assisting with the organisation of daily office activities, including opening, sorting, and distributing incoming post. Person Specification: Good numeracy and literacy skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Organised, reliable, and able to complete tasks to deadlines. Clear and professional communication skills. Willingness to learn new systems. Positive, helpful attitude and ability to work within a team. Comfortable using basic IT applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel). Ability to maintain confidentiality.
