We have an exciting opportunity at our Northwich site to join Total People as an Engineering Tutor on a sessional basis, working ad hoc hours per week.
To deliver Apprenticeship standards (and other programmes as applicable) in line with customer requirements, quality standards and pre-determined targets, to a caseload of learners. To ensure that all learners experience a high-quality learning programme in terms of content, structure and learning support. To deliver consistently good or better learning outcomes and progress by employing an effective variety of learning methods, skills development, coaching and mentoring with a self-motivated and proactive approach.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Relevant occupational sector experience and relevant qualifications, and/or current updated CPD.
* Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience of coaching to support learning.
* Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload.
Essential skills:
* Coaching – able to deliver high quality, effective coaching that meets learner needs.
* Communication – excellent level of skills in written and oral and presentational areas, understanding the importance of focus on the audience to support learning.
* Planning – attention to detail and a track record in developing and delivering robust, effective, prioritised plans which achieve KPIs and strategic aims.
* Performance - proactively driving performance and engagement.
* Customers- ability to present Total People in a positive manner, persuading and influencing where necessary.
* Continuous improvement – seeks to improve processes and implement and embed changes.
