razorblue role: We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Should you choose to accept, your responsibilities will encompass:
* Resolving Monitoring issues for our internal infrastructure
* Ensuring core infrastructure and hosting platform performing optimal levels
* Supporting the Head of Infrastructure and networks in project delivery
* Mentoring and training to develop Service Desk engineers in infrastructure skills
* Acting as 3rd/4th line support to clients with complex infrastructure assistance
* Managing robust backup and disaster recovery systems to ensure business continuity
* Working on internal infrastructure platform projects for maintenance, expansion, and upgrades

Responsibilities
* Resolve monitoring issues for internal infrastructure
* Maintain optimal performance of core infrastructure and hosting platform
* Support the Head of Infrastructure and networks in project delivery
* Mentor and train Service Desk engineers in infrastructure skills
* Provide 3rd/4th line support to clients with complex infrastructure
* Manage robust backup and disaster recovery systems to ensure business continuity
* Contribute to internal platform projects for maintenance, expansion, and upgrades
Qualifications / Requirements
* Qualifications - Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE) and Zerto Certified Associate (desirable)
* Backup and Replication - Veeam (Backup & Recovery, Office 365 and Cloud Connect), Zerto, in multi-tenant environments
* Automation - Scripting with N-Central, Ansible, Puppet; PowerShell, Python, Bash
* Microsoft 365/Azure - Managing Azure & Office 365 including Conditional Access, Azure AD Connect, Exchange Online/Hybrid, SharePoint, Teams, Intune/Endpoint Manager
* Virtualisation - Maintaining VMware vSphere and Hyper-V environments, including replication and failover
* VOIP - Experience supporting FreePBX, Mitel, Gamma, Skype/Teams VOIP systems
* Windows Server - Active Directory, Exchange Server, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, NPS, IIS, ADFS, ADCS in complex enterprise environments
* Storage - SAN devices, iSCSI connectivity, Ceph clusters
* Remote Desktop Services - RDS, RemoteApp and Citrix (on-prem and cloud)
* Networking - 3rd line network troubleshooting; Palo Alto, Sophos, FortiNet, Draytek, Juniper, Cisco firewalls
* Endpoint Support - Windows desktop, application, tablet and mobile device support
* Soft Skills - Effective communication, methodical diagnosis and documentation, independent research, organisation and prioritisation, full clean UK driving licence
