Cranmore Executive Search is incredibly excited to support our client, an award winning scaling femtech company in their search for a Full Stack Product Designer. The successful candidate will join a passionate, mission-driven team working at the intersection of women’s health, data ownership, and digital care. Backed by early believers, Amiis are in beta and gearing up for public launch – they’re looking for a Product Designer to take their mobile app from functional to transformational.
The successful Full-stack Product Designer (UX/UI) will take ownership of the mobile app experience end-to-end - from UX strategy and flow design to prototyping, testing, and final UI polish.
You’ll be responsible for shaping the product in its most formative stage, working alongside a PM and junior UI/graphic designer. Your north star? Make sure every woman using the app knows exactly how to take control of her health, and why this app is worth coming back to.

* Redesign and evolve the current app experience based on real user feedback
* Run usability testing and design validation to uncover user pain points

* Collaborate with our PM and engineers to ensure clean handoffs and build-readiness
* Work with our junior designer to maintain visual consistency across features
* Build a maintainable, scalable design system over time
* Bring the app to launch (App Store-ready) and continue A/B testing post-launch
