We run community hospitals and provide care and support in people's own homes and in a range of other locations across the county.
Job Overview
We are looking for a colleague to join us to support leading on the Hospitals portfolio. You will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of services including adults, later life, low secure, and rehabilitation. You will work closely with key stakeholders to support the successful delivery of these services.
As a leader, you will hold a professional registration and have proven leadership experience with a focus on delivering quality and innovation.
Success Will Be Measured By The Following Key Criteria:
1. Improved outcomes and experience for service users, their families, and carers for the designated services.
2. Improved/efficient use of resources for the designated services.
3. Improved staff satisfaction within the designated services.
4. Continuous service improvements for the designated services.
5. Effective & timely support to the Service Director to ensure achievement of the wider divisional objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
* Registered Professional
* Degree level education or equivalent experience in management
* Evidence of recent and continuing professional and personal development
Professional/Managerial/Specialist Knowledge:
* Record of successfully managing complex service delivery change.
