The Role
As a Technology Recruitment Consultant, you will:
* Leverage your recruitment experience to source, attract, and place top technology talent.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and closing deals.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying new business opportunities.
* Develop a deep understanding of the technology sector, keeping up with hiring trends and market demands.
* Work towards targets and KPIs, with clear progression pathways to senior roles.
What We're Looking For
* 6+ months of recruitment experience (technology sector preferred but not essential).
* Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset.
* Resilient, ambitious, and motivated to develop a long-term career in recruitment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with professionals at all levels.
