Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include:
3. Providing comprehensive support to the CEO, CFO, and occasionally to the wider Senior Management Team
4. Manage diaries, organise meetings and appointments
5. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications and presentations
6. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
7. Manage projects and conduct research as required
8. Handle confidential information with discretion
9. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
10. Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
11. Experience working as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant
12. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
13. Strong organisational and time management skills
14. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
15. Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
16. A proactive approach and ability to work independently
