* Support pupils to manage emotions, de-escalate conflict, and reflect on choices.
* Build positive, trusting relationships and act as a consistent role model.
Outdoor Education & Enrichment
* Lead and support pupils during outdoor education, practical projects, and educational visits.
* Deliver hands-on learning experiences that develop teamwork, confidence, and resilience.
* Ensure all activities are carried out safely in line with risk assessments and safeguarding procedures.
Teamwork & Professional Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and care staff as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Monitor, record, and report pupil progress and behaviour.
* Participate in training, CPD, and staff meetings.
* Support breaktimes, lunchtimes, and transitions as needed.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Is resilient, proactive, and enjoys practical, hands-on work.
* Thrives in outdoor and classroom learning environments.
* Can build strong relationships with pupils while maintaining clear boundaries.
* Works well independently and as part of a team.
