You'll work independently while also collaborating with housing, neighbourhood and contractor teams to ensure buildings and outdoor spaces are safe, tidy and compliant.You'll be part of a wider caretaking team, working alongside other caretakers when required and providing cover across schemes to maintain consistent standards.
