A growing sustainable brand is looking to hire an Office Assistant to support with a range of administrative duties across different teams. This is a brand new role which will offer someone the chance to grow with the brand long term! The successful candidate will need to have experience working within a sustainable firm previously or environmentally friendly firm before to be able to embrace their environment
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy Office Assistant role which is perfect for someone looking for a varied and involved role. Duties will include
* Supporting with uploading products to Amazon and other ecommerce sites
* Processing invoices, compiling sales reports, VAT returns and payroll admin for the external accountant
* Building the relationship with the warehouse, to ensure stock levels are maintained for future orders
* Dealing with general admin support for the sales and marketing teams
* Supporting senior managers with other ad hoc duties
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have a great work ethic and attitude, want the chance to working in a forward thinking firm with lots of growth potential. You will also have
* At least 2 years in an admin role
* Experience working in sustainability or an environmentally friendly brand/product previously
* Previous finance admin experience
* Have worked with Amazon platform
* Proactive nature
* High attention to detail
This role will pay up to £35k with benefits and the opportunity to work in a hybrid working model (4:1)
