Reporting directly to the Production Manager or to the Repair Station Manager, you will be responsible for all activities of one or more repair production lines. In this scope, you will manage a repair production team with the support of one or more Lead Repair Technician(s). You will also manage the Certification / Return to service activity. Your objectives and Missions: - Manage your team with the aim of meeting objectives for safety, quality, costs and delivery, in line with customer requirements and SAO strategy - Improve performance within your expanded scope of responsibility - Ensure that multidisciplinary teams capitalize on experience and move up the skills chain.
