Overview
We're looking for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director in Liberty Tech to join us in London. This is your opportunity to step into the inner circle of Liberty Tech's technology leadership. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be the organizational powerhouse that keeps everything running smoothly from complex international calendars to critical stakeholder coordination across our European operations. This isn't just admin support; you're a trusted partner who anticipates needs, removes friction, and enables our technology leader to focus on what matters most. You'll work at the intersection of technology strategy and operational excellence, coordinating with senior leaders across our platforms, managing high-stakes meetings and events, and becoming the go-to person who makes things happen. What will you be doing?
* Manage a complex calendar across multiple time zones, proactively identifying conflicts and ensuring optimal time allocation for key priorities, you're the strategic gatekeeper of the MD's schedule
* Organize management meetings, team events, and operational reviews from end to end, handling venue booking, catering, logistics, agendas, briefing documents, and follow-up action tracking
* Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries for domestic and international trips including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, visas, and travel briefings, plus handle last-minute changes with ease
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing email inbox, screening calls professionally, and coordinating information flow across technology teams in different locations
* Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for management reviews, maintaining organized filing systems and supporting budget tracking activities
* Build productive relationships across Technology, Product, Operations, and other business functions, you're the connector who makes collaboration seamless
* Coordinate technology team offsites, workshops, and planning sessions, ensuring every detail supports successful outcomes
Essential
* Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management, you understand what high-level support really means
* Strong diary and calendar management skills with proven ability to handle complex scheduling across time zones
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) with ability to prepare professional presentations and documents
* Experience managing international travel arrangements including bookings, itineraries, and expense processing
* Excellent organizational skills, you can juggle multiple tasks and priorities without dropping the ball
* Professional communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to interact confidently across all levels
* Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in everything you do
* Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
* Proactive mindset, you anticipate needs, spot problems early, and solve them before they escalate
* Calm under pressure with ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Desirable
* Experience working in technology, telecommunications, or fast-paced corporate environments
* Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Teams, Slack, or similar platforms
* Basic understanding of budget tracking and financial administration
* Additional European languages beyond English
