Location: Feltham, Surrey
Salary: £60,000 per annum + bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday) with occasional weekend spot checks
Contract: Full Time | Supernumerary

The Opportunity
An award-winning residential and dementia care home is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join its leadership team. This is a fully supernumerary role, focused on maintaining operational excellence, driving quality standards, and supporting team development in a busy, high-performing home.

The Role
The Deputy Manager will:
* Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
* Drive high standards of care, compliance, and quality
* Oversee audits and governance
* Mentor and develop the care team
* Promote a positive, resident-focused culture
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Deputy Manager within a care home (essential)
* Clinical background welcomed but not essential
* Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
* Experience with residential and dementia care services
* Not suitable for step-up candidates or hospital/community-only backgrounds

* Stage 2 – Face-to-face interview with Home Manager, HR and Operations
Location
The home is based near the Feltham area and is easily commutable Sunbury-on-Thames, Staines-upon-Thames, Weybridge, Walton-on-Thames, Chertsey, Kingston upon Thames, Ashford, Woking, Hampton and Twickenham. xxuwjjq
