Blue Arrow are looking for an experienced and dependable Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join a busy logistics team at Fradley Park.
Location: Fradley Park, Lichfield
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Shift Start Times: 6pm - 2.30am
This role suits someone familiar with high-volume pallet handling or fast-moving warehouse operations.
Main Duties
* Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to transport goods
* Load and unload trailers efficiently
manage between 150-200 pallets per shift.
* Work closely with team members to meet operational targets
* Adhere to all site safety and compliance procedures
What We're Looking For
* A valid and up-to-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence
* Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or pallet network
* Confidence handling large volumes of goods
* Strong focus on accuracy and safety
