About the Role:
We are looking for dedicated and motivated 1:1 Tutors to support learners in the Droitwich Spa area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students, helping them improve academically, build confidence, and stay engaged with their education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver personalised 1:1 tuition tailored to individual learning needs
* Support core subjects such as English and Maths (additional subjects are a plus)
* Plan and adapt lessons to suit different abilities and learning styles
* Monitor progress and provide regular feedback
* Create a positive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ teaching or tutoring experience within the UK curriculum
* Strong subject knowledge
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patient, reliable, and passionate about education
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
* Experience working with SEN or vulnerable learners
* Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
