Technical Administrator
Location: Huntingdon
Contract: Full-time
We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Technical Administrator to support our Technical Team and help keep our site running smoothly. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving and working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
What you'll do
* Maintain technical documentation and databases
* Prepare production recipes and process control sheets
* Support QA tasks including audits, calibrations and complaint investigations
* Create reports and presentations for internal teams and customers
* Manage certificates, QAS sheets and product launch documentation
* Assist with audit preparation and follow-up
* Use SAP/Innova to update and action technical data
* Provide general admin support including filing, archiving and document control
What we're looking for
Essential:
* Administration experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Confident with Excel, Word and email
* Well-organised, self-motivated and a strong team player
Desirable:
* PowerPoint skills
* Technical administration background
* UK/EU Driving Licence
