I am currently working with a dynamic and growing organisation, to help them find a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join their in-house creative studio. Responsible for crafting visually stunning campaigns that resonate with customers, driving awareness, consideration, and trust.
Job title: Graphic Designer
Location: Bromsgrove (hybrid)
Salary: Up to £25K
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with marketing and sales to define project requirements.
* Design and produce diverse marketing materials across multiple channels.
* Utilise digital tools for image enhancement, animation, and multimedia design.
* Develop, iterate, and finalise designs for publication and production.
* Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
* Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Coordinate with external vendors for print production.
Experience:
* Demonstrable expertise in diverse design projects, with a strong emphasis on typography and complex layouts.
* Expert proficiency in the full Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
* Skilled in DSLR photography and video post-production.
* Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
* In-depth understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
* Proven ability to manage time effectively and thrive in fast-paced environments.
* Comprehensive knowledge of digital and print production processes.
* Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
