Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with basic payroll processing.
* Maintain purchase and sales ledger records (basic).
* Perform data input and financial record-keeping.
* Handle cash transactions and reconciliation.
* Use Sage accounting software (experience required).
* Prepare reports using Excel & Word.
* Manage telephone enquiries professionally.
* Support with general accounting and office administration duties.
* Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits.
About You:
* Experience in an accounts assistant or similar role.
* Proficient in Sage, Excel, and Word.
* Strong telephone and communication skills.
* Highly trustworthy and detail-oriented.
* Able to handle cash transactions confidently.
