Fram is working with a well-established financial planning firm who are looking to engage with an experienced Financial Planner to take responsibility for an existing portfolio of clients across South and West Wales. The role forms part of the firm’s long-term planning and focuses on maintaining continuity for clients while supporting the gradual development of new relationships over time. The position involves working with clients to define both short- and long-term financial objectives and delivering structured advice using cashflow modelling and wider planning tools. Client meetings are conducted both face to face and virtually, allowing advisers to build lasting relationships and support intergenerational planning where appropriate. Advice delivery is aligned with regulatory requirements and Consumer Duty standards. Key aspects of the role include: Managing and developing long-term client relationships across a defined regional client base Preparing and delivering tailored financial plans using cashflow modelling and holistic planning techniques Conducting client meetings and reviews while maintaining consistent regulatory and service standards This may appeal to an experienced adviser with a strong background in private client financial planning and the ability to manage established relationships with confidence. Experience working with higher-value clients, strong communication skills, and a structured approach to planning will be important. Level 6 qualifications or Chartered status would be beneficial.
