* Partnering with managers to drive strategic workforce planning and resolve employee relations issues.
* Managing attendance and wellbeing, including Occupational Health liaison.
* Supporting performance and capability development across teams.
* Driving change initiatives and policy development in line with legislation.
* Enhancing people management skills through tailored training and development.
