This role involves supporting people with learning disabilities and ensuring they enjoy the highest quality of life, with ample opportunities for personal development and fulfilment. You will assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing plans with service users and their families, working positively and proactively with multi-agency professionals. As a nurturing professional, you will use your skills and experience to provide personalised, bespoke services. A minimum of twelve months' experience is essential, you will be paid weekly.
