1. Leads engagement with GPOs, SMEs and other stakeholders to understand the business needs, objectives, and pain points related to HR processes within the defined functional scope.
2. Drives the System Integrator led activities for the design, mapping and configuration of Oracle HCM modules such as

4. Creates and validates functional design specifications, configuration guides and business process maps.
5. Define test scenarios, scripts, and execute unit and system integration testing.
6. Collaborate with the testing team during UAT, to ensure the system design according to business requirements.
7. Assist in conducting gap analyses and developing solutions to bridge business requirements and system functionalities.
8. Assist in planning and executing data migration strategies.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Oracle HR systems with other enterprise applications.
10. Facilitate go-live activities including cutover planning, user training and hypercare support.
11. Stay updated on Oracle HR module enhancements, new features, and industry best practices to drive system improvements.
12. There is an expectation that you will undertake adhoc work on an exceptional basis or provide relevant cover for other team tasks

Qualification & Experience
21. Strong understanding of HR operations, processes and business priorities, with experience relevant to the scope
22. Experience in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
23. Hands-on experience working with Oracle HR application (desired)
24. Experience in performing business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating requirements into system specifications (desired)
25. Familiarity with Oracle HR setup, configuration, and support processes (desired)
26. Certification in Oracle HR modules is a plus.
27. Strong understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.
