This will be achieved through the effective investigation and (cradle to grave) management of claims fraud referrals and contributing to the continued development of the Counter Fraud Team. Join us and make a defining impact.What will I be doing?Responsible for end-to-end investigation and management of claims fraud referrals to achieve a cost-efficient conclusion and minimal financial loss to the companyDemonstrated expertise in fraud investigationDirectly managing a portfolio of suspected fraudulent claims, in accordance with the claim’s philosophy, claims handling procedures and service levelsAssessing the evolving ‘evidential picture of a claim to drive a proactive investigation and determine the correct outcomeWhat do I need?Outstanding communication & interpersonal skillsGood understanding of Motor claims fraud types and indicatorsThorough knowledge of insurance with a strong understanding of the principles of insurancecredit hire or personal injury experience is (essential)Fraud investigation experience is desirableAn in-depth technical knowledge and the creativity to generate ideasStrategic analytical skills and attention to detail If your experience looks slightly different to what we’ve listed here, we encourage you to still apply.
