MacGregor Black is partnering with a Leading FMCG Manufacturer on the search for a Food Compliance Coordinator. This is a 12-month FTC role based in Telford.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out Technical Training across site.
* Maintaining the training matrix.
* Monitor the site non‑conformance.
* Taking part in the implementation of the HACCP site plan.
* Supporting the wider team with site audits (internal and third‑party audit).
* Supporting Production with Technical monitoring and auditing to ensure that customer requirements are understood and achieved.
* Ensuring all new and existing products have the appropriate due diligence in place to meet customer and retailer requirements.
* Ensuring internal traceability and mass balance exercises are conducted to meet customer & certification requirements.
* Supporting in the upskilling and development of the wider team.
What are we looking for?
* Degree or relevant qualification in food safety.
* HACCP and Food Safety Level 3.
* Excellent communication - verbal and written.
* Experience of BRCGS V9
Salary – FTC at £45k + benefits.
