The pandemic moved healthcare online, and we have delivered over 13 million consultations across the UK, Germany, France, and Ireland. We continue to expand to meet patient needs with the latest tech, treatments, and advice, enabling people to access healthcare when they need it most.
As an online healthcare provider, we carry out a range of testing and treatment services for patients. Your role will mainly be in our in-house mail-order pharmacy based in Angel, London, supporting the supply and dispensing of medications to patients.
Responsibilities
* Adhere to ethical, professional and legal pharmacy standards; deliver the technical aspects of the dispensary while ensuring the safe supply of medicines (ordering, labelling, dispensing, packaging of medications and test kits).
* Drive forward our mail-order pharmacy by maintaining high-volume, repetitive task accuracy; support high-demand remote healthcare services.
* Work with the clinical team to ensure professional service and safety profile levels.
* Collaborate with customer support and operations teams to deliver efficient dispensary operations and the best service offering for patients.
* Labeling, dispensing, and dispatching prescriptions and preparing them for dispatch to patients across the UK.
* Stock management and sorting to help manage medication levels in the pharmacy.
* Maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times.
* Process orders using a database, tools, computer equipment and scanners to manage dispatch of medication and test kits from the office.
* Contribute to excellence and quality by communicating, collaborating and interacting with the operations team at all levels to ensure excellent service for patients.
Qualifications and Skills
* A good understanding of UK pharmacy requirements and regulations.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to quickly identify errors.
* Excellence in communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently as part of an onsite team.
* Belief in the mission to create radically better healthcare using technology.
* Good standard of spoken and written English.
Advantageous Skills & Experience (not essential)
Previous experience with digital medicine / online pharmacy; French or German speaking language skills (not essential).
