This leading international architecture and design practice is seeking an exceptional Team & Project Coordinator to provide top-tier executive and project support to two Directors (and their team), overseeing a landmark global project. This is initially a 1 year contract, with the possibility of extension.
In this pivotal role, you’ll become the right hand to senior leadership - keeping operations running smoothly, coordinating across multiple time zones, and ensuring the success of a truly world-class design project.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide seamless executive support to two Directors - managing diaries, preparing correspondence, and coordinating project documentation.
2. Collect, compile, and track project reports and meeting minutes for a diverse consultant and client team.
3. Anticipate bottlenecks, resolve challenges proactively, and ensure smooth workflows across a complex, high-profile project.
4. Organise meetings and travel across multiple international locations - handling logistics, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
5. Liaise daily with consultants, clients, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and administrative efficiency.
